New Patient Registration

New patients are registered at the discretion of Dr Marks, following completion of a registration form. You will be asked to attend the surgery in person and provide photographic ID, e.g. passport/driving licence, etc. and a utility bill or similar document with your name and current address on it.

The practice area essentially covers the Borough of Havering, but following recent NHS initiatives, we anticipate registering patients who live further afield but work locally to the surgery, although such patients will not be entitled to home visits from Dr Marks.
