Consult onlinePlease do not contact your GP for a COVID-19 vaccine

Please do not contact your GP for a COVID-19 vaccine. The NHS will contact people directly and there will be extensive public information announcements about how, where and when you can get vaccinated. More details expected very soon.

During the Covid-19 lockdown, patients are triaged first by telephone before coming into the surgery.

Welcome to Dr Marks Practice

This building has been a doctor’s practice, almost exclusively single-handed, since the turn of the last century!  Dr Marks and his staff all hope that you will be happy and feel welcome here.

With patients' needs at the heart of everything we do, our website has been designed to make it easy for you to gain instant access to the information you need. As well as specific practice details such as opening hours and how to register, you’ll find a wealth of useful pages covering a wide range of health issues along with links to other relevant medical organisations.

Please do not book a GP appointment or attend the practice if you've visited or travelled through mainland China, Hong Kong, Japan, Macau, Malaysia, Republic of Korea, Singapore, Taiwan or Tahiland and have symptoms of cough, fever or shortness of breath within 2 weeks of returning or if you have symptoms of cough, fever or shortness of breath after being in contact with someone with a confirmed case of coronavirus.

Please call NHS 111 instead.

Get Well, Keep Well

Of course we’re not just here for when you are unwell. Our team of healthcare professionals and back-up staff offer a number of clinics and services to promote good health and wellbeing whatever your medical condition.
