Out-of-hours (evenings, weekends and bank holidays) emergency advice or consultation can be accessed via PELC (Partnership of East London Coop Limited) whose phone number is 0845 075 0496.  Havering Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) is responsible for commissioning this service.

Clinical reports arising from patient contact with the NHS 111 service are emailed and faxed to Dr Marks.

You can also now see a local GP at the GP Hub from 6.30pm - 10pm weekdays and 12pm - 6pm at weekends by calling 020 3770 1888 (2pm – 9pm Monday to Friday and 9am - 5pm Saturday and Sunday).

Out-of-hours services are generally busy so please think carefully before asking to see a doctor and only do so if you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

In a genuine emergency you should call 999. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
